As the name "bugtracker" suggests, this is a collection of found bugs or errors in any way, not only bugs can be reported, you can also post suggestions. In ACP you have the possivility to make different settings. There you can u.a. Select developers, so users can then be assigned to the bugs. At this point you can also set how the bugs should be sorted. Furthermore, different products, error type categories and the respective status can be created in the ACP. Categories can be assigned to a user group. The status and the error type category are the case that they can be assigned to a category.
The moderation for this is quite simple and simple. There are only two options. If you have the necessary rights, you can change the status, the developer, the error type category (labels) and the priority when editing the respective bug (bug) or suggestion. A simpler version would be to simply use inline moderation.
If an error type category (label) has been created, one can choose one when reporting an error (bug) or submitting a proposal. In addition, you can even write the error message and a description, file attachments are meanwhile also possible to u.U. clarify the error by screenshot or show. Another feature is to comment on bugs or suggestions.
For developers, each bug has its own section where they can discuss the bug. The error overview contains filter and sort functions.
This makes it very easy to filter out and display corresponding errors.
